Tuscany luxury villa - PROFILE.: Villa situated in a green oasis surrounded by olive trees. The Villa Sole del Chianti is an old farmhouse recently restored maintaining the typical Tuscan style, is equipped with all comforts, has kept its original structure with beamed ceilings, brick arches and terracotta floors.
The property is located in the countryside a few kilometers from Florence, is ideal for a holiday of peace and relaxation thanks to the splendid swimming pool with whirlpool and wellness center of the fantastic. Villa Sole del Chianti houses a maximum of 22 people divided into a group of 18 people in the main Villa and the remaining 4 in Cottage adjacent to the Villa. For groups up to 18 persons, the Cottage will be closed, but for groups of up to 16 people on the ground floor suite will be closed without affecting the residence requiring the exclusive use of all services and our staff by our clients.
The main Villa and ''structured on three levels:
Lower deck: The Wellness Center is equipped with a heated whirlpool, sauna, massage bed automatic Shiatzu, 2 showers and changing rooms. The Wellness Center ''for the exclusive use of guests and'' open from 9 to 18 every day except Sunday. Upon request and ''can do massages and beauty treatments.
Ground floor: the ground floor of the Villa is the reception is open every day except Sunday from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 17. From the reception you access to a large living room with fireplace and you can access the Wellness Center and two 2 Suite: Suite Belvedere - the House Suite.
The cottage suite: Located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a private entrance from ground floor or via the reception. Consisting of a double bedroom with complete bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is a double sofa bed and fireplace.
Suite and the ''air-conditioning, telephone and Internet access, satellite TV and mosquito nets.
Suite Belvedere: Distributed on two floors. You can access from ground floor reception, or moving from a private entrance overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There are a dining room and a lounge with fireplace. Finally, two bathrooms and stairways with direct access to the first floor.
Featured: On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 double room. The master bedroom and ''with a special masonry loft, where there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The Colombaia Suite: consists of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. The three bedrooms factor, La Massaia and Sensale occupy the first floor of the building while the camera "The Capocci ''and'' located in ''COLOMBAIA''.
The pigeon is a typical architecture of Tuscan farmhouses. Located above the roof, was a kind of tower which offered shelter for doves and pigeons. Staying in this room is a charming place and the high you can admire the panorama of Tuscany to 360 degrees.
On the first floor of the building is also a games room with computers available to guests of the Villa.

And ''the cottage adjacent to the Villa. Retrieved inside the barn consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and living room with fireplace. Villa Sole del Chianti - SERVICES: The Health Center The Calidarium offers relaxation area, gym, sauna, massage, Jacuzzi heated. Antistress massages on request. At guests'' disposal a swimming pool, games room with computers, internet, air conditioning, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini bar, direct selling wine and oil.
