THE VILLA: (sleeps 12) The villa is located in Renai, a small and charming town 3km away from Castelfiorentino (near Florence in Tuscany). Villa Federica is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Castelfiorentino provides all kinds of services: train station, banks, post office, pharmacies, hospital, all kind of shops, gyms and beauty salons. The villa is a former hayloft which has been under restoration but still preserves the traces of ancient and rural origins. The restoration was completed by hand by the owner Vincenzo whose goal was to conserve the old materials. The highlight of the restoration was the recovery of original materials and the restoration of natural elements which allow guests to savour the peacefulness of the countryside and leave behind the hectic lifestyle of the city.
PROFILE : Where the wagons used to be kept in older times, there is a dining room offering a pleasant antique atmosphere created by the ancient hand-made brick walls and general structure. A wide corridor leads to the kitchen: an old tuscan farmhouse style kitchen with a particular stone made sink. There are 5 bedrooms. All spacious, airy, simple yet elegant and with windows providing fantastic views to the hills. The bedroom ''Caprifoglio'' on the ground floor along with the bathroom next to it, allows easy mobility for the physically impaired. The 3 WC with either bath or shower are decorated with Vietri''s colourfully hand painted tiles.
FACILITIES: Washing machine, kitchen w/ dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, satelite television, private parking place, graden and swimming pool.
