Chianti holiday villa - DESCRIPTION: This villa is only 15km from Florence, in Chianti area and situated exactly on the Florentine hills. This former farmhouse is spread over two floors, furnished and decorated with antiques. On the ground floor there is the living area with a spacious Tuscan style kitchen, a dining room and a living room both with fireplaces, a lounge and a bathroom w/ shower. On the top floor there is accommodation for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with own bathroom. This villa is equipped with everything, like heating system, satellite TV, video recorder, stereo etc.. Outside at the front of the house, there is a terrace with a table and chairs as well as table tennis.- enjoyable particularly in summer days. On the other side of the house there is a stone oven and a barbecue.
Villa Belfiore is encircled with natural beauty. 6 hectares of land with vineyards, olive trees, woodlands surround the villa. The carefully looked after garden with its panoramic terrace overlooking the Chianti hills, comes equipped with the swimming pool, parasols and table with chairs. All ideal for a barbecue meal.
Villa Belfiore - SERVICES: Swimming pool (8x10m) with sun deck/parasols/deck chairs/sun beds. Local products such as extra virgin olive oil can be bought directly from the family who make it themselves for personal use.
