Farmhouse in Tuscany - PROFILE: The farm of Nature''s Paradise is a few km from San Miniato, extends over an area of 40 hectares with the forest that offers asparagus, chestnuts, pine nuts, mushrooms and the prized white truffle. The farmhouse has been restored with Tuscan style and the ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors, the view on the Tuscan hills offer unique sensations. Outside there are areas designed for barbecues, breakfasts, lunches. In a splendid panoramic position swimming pool, ideal for aperitvi, equipped with whirlpool and area for children. For nature lovers there are many paths on foot or mountain bike to explore the forest, the cave, the stream and the peak of the estate which offers a fantastic view. The farm is composed of four structures with different types of apartment: Studio composed of bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower; Bilocale comprising living room with kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom, One bedroom 2 +2 composed of large living room with corner sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, 2 +4 Bilocale big an entrance hall, large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower; Trilocale composed of living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Farm Holidays in Tuscany - SERVICES: The price includes: refrigerator, TV with decoder, overnight, water consumption, electricity, parking, bed linen, towels and cleaning service apartment at the time of departure, use of games and entertainment equipment. Excludes: costs of the phone if activated in the apartment, linen and towels on demand, use of outside heating season (as you turn to in the Regulation from 1 November to 15 April). Children under 3 years and baby bed on request are free. Pets are not allowed. At guests'' disposal a swimming pool, mountain biking, soccer field and lighted tennis courts, archery, bowling, ping pong, hiking trails. On the grounds there is the restaurant La Baita del Paradiso The Nature of preparing dishes of Tuscan cuisine with products of the place as game, mushrooms, truffles, grilled. Guests can request the processing b & b, half board, full board. Menus for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
