Podere Casanova - PROFILE: The vacation house Podere Casanova is the ideal place for a comfort stay and a perfect starting point to visit the treasuries of the Tuscany region cities. The farm was recently restored but respected the Tuscan architecture of the ‘400. The exterior of the farm is in serene stone, while the inside is furnished in a typical Tuscan style. The farm is composed by a main unity of 500 m2 divided in 5 Tuscan style apartments each one with a different breadth. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. Another unity situated near the main unit is about 100m2 and subdivided in 2 apartments completely independents.
Tuscany Farm Holidays - INCLUDED SERVICES: gas, electricity, weekly changing bed linen, bathroom, kitchen, weekly and final cleaning; sat TV, parking, swimming pool (open from 01/05 until 30/09). Laundry room (common use, 2 washing machines), barbecue (common use), fireplace, games room, ping-pong table, bikes for rent. All apartments are provided with a private outdoor space.
Podere Casanova - SERVICES ON REQUEST (prices not included): breakfast on request (minimum 5 people), Italian buffet (5 euro per person), heating (2 euro per hour), extra matrimonial bed (apartment IL FIENILE, 15 euro per day), extra individual bed (2 available beds 10 euro per day), cradle for babies (4 available, 25 euro per week), small pets on request (extra cleaning 25 euro per week).
RULES TO BE OBEY: reception hours from 9:00- 12:00 and from 15:30- 18:30.
IMPORTANT: eventual delay or anticipation of about 1 hour should be communicated about 2 hours before the arrival time. Delay of more than 1 hour should be communicated at least 24 hours before. DEPOSIT: 200 euro.
Tuscany Farm Holidays - EXTRA SERVICES - well-being center "Buddha Spa": We advise a visit at the "Buddha Spa" no matter the season, summer or winter, where you can enjoy a total day of relaxation. Here, with previous notice, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of treatment for your body. Reservations can be made through e-mail. Horse riding: with one day notice, it is possible to have a nice horse ride in the hills of Tuscan (hour rides or all day). Tennis, soccer, golf, mountain-bikes rental.
Podere Casanova - WHERE WE ARE: if you are coming from South, autostrada A1, exit Bettole-Valdichiana. Take connection Siena-Bettolle E78 for about 40km, Exit Siena Est, straight direction Grosseto SS223 for about 10km. turn right in direction Rosia SP 99. Continue for about 6km until Rosia and turn left on SP 73. After about 5 km, enter on SS 541 for Colle Val d’Elsa, and then on your right you will find Casavacanze Podere Casanova. If you are coming from North, autostrada A1, exit Firenze Certosa. Take connection Siena-Firenze. Connection bypass Siena, continue always right direction Grosseto SS223 for about 10km. Turn on right direction Rosia SP 99. Continue for about 6 km until Rosia and turn on left in SP 73. After about 5 km, enter in SS 541 for Colle Val d’Elsa, and then on your right you will find it. |
