A 300 m stretch of country road, in a decent condition, leads to the villa. Villa Arezzo is surrounded by 500m2 of garden and faces a valley offering a splendid view. In the terrace there a swimming pool (6x12m) and a paddling pool (6x2), WC and changing room. 20M from the villa there is a tennis court.
