VILLA ANTICA: (sleeps 15 guests) The villa is located 800m above sea level, in the rural hills of Tuscany, near Arezzo in the Chianti area. In the holiday villa one can enjoy fantastic views, the tranquillity of the area and the possibility of hiking. The most famous Tuscan and Umbrian towns such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi, are easily reached by car.

ACCOMMODATION: The Villa Antica consists of 3 renovated and furnished apartments conforming to local architectural features. One is lived in by the owner and the other two are: LA LOGGIA (sleeps 5): Large kitchen with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, bathroom w/ shower, sitting room with extra bed available. IL SECCATOIO (sleeps 5 people) kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony and extra single bed), bathroom.

WHERE WE ARE: Lippiano is 5 km away from the villa, and is famous for its medieval tuscan castle. Monterchi, known for the 'Madonna del parto in Toscana' – fresco by Piero della Francesca, is 7km away. To reach the villa from Pisa (A14 motorway) you take the exit Firenze-Nord, then enter A1 Highway in the south direction. From Rome: exit of Arezzo. from Rome, enter A1 Highway in the north direction. After 2 hours exit in Arezzo. From Bologna enter A1 Highway in the south direction. From Arezzo follow the signs towards Sansepolcro and after the ones Monterchi. After 50 mins by car you can reach the Farmhouse ' Villa Antica '

SERVICES: The swimming pool (6x12m) available for guests is situated in a panoramic position. In the nearby village of Lippiano you can find services such as a post office, doctors, bar, pharmacies and food shops. Monterchi has more to offer, as in all kinds of shops and pleasant street markets. These are also to be found in Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Citta di Castello.
