Villa Chianciano Terme

Farmhouse Tuscany - (sleeps 14 max) The villa is situated in the heart of the “Val d’Orcia”, a natural reserve where still remains the medieval road, the “francigena” that once used to lead the pilgrims to Rome. Along this path lies the Villa Chianciano Terme which dates back to the 18th century and was used to accommodate the travellers. The villa consists of 2 apartments, both furnished and decorated in the farmer’s style of the early 20th century. There’s a large garden outdoors where you can barbecue and prepare meals with the wood oven – great for pizzas and for grilling meats and vegetables. The villa has a wonderful view over the Orcia river and the village of “Bagno Vignoni” which is famous for its natural thermal baths.
