Holiday Accommodation in Tuscany - THE VILLA: Villa Falciani (sleeps 13) A former stone barn dating back to the 16th/17th century. It has been recently renovated in 2002, becoming a beautiful and comfortable villa. Situated in hill top position, it provides great views and is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The villa has 2 floors, all fully furnished and decorated. The walls inside are partly made of stone and the ceiling has wooden beams, also the floor is made with typical terracotta tiles. The villa is in the Chianti area between Florence and Siena, 150 m away from Ama, a small medieval town. The entire villa is for guest's private use including the swimming pool, the parking area and the large garden. It curiously has a large treshing floor - typical of old tuscan farming life.

Chianti Holidays : The villa accomodates 13 people (living space of 220m2) Ground floor: Dining room with 2 sofas and a fireplace, stone-made kitchenette-corner with oven and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee making machine, ironing equipment, colour satellite TV. Double bedroom with a wrought-iron bed and a bedroom with 2 single wrought-iron beds, 2 bathrooms, one with hydromassage tub and one with shower. First floor: 2 connecting dining rooms with 2 stone-made kitchenette-corners, 2 fireplaces, 2 colour satellite TVs, 2 double bedrooms with a wrought-iron beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single wrought-iron beds and 2 bathrooms both with showers. Beds with wood bases and anti-allergic mattresses. Bedrooms with wooden/parquet flooring. Outside: Private swimming pool (6x12x1,40-1,60) only for guests with deckchairs, sunbeds , parasols and barbecue. Small external laundry room.
