Has a fantastic view over the town of San Polo (only 1km away). Slightly further away (16 km) lies the important wine producing town of Greve. This independant villa is surrounded by private garden complete with interesting plants such as olive trees, Lebanese cedars, magnolia trees, mulberry trees and roses. Also outside there is a stone barbecue, picnic area and swimming pool (12x4m).

Also ideal for visiting cities such as Florence, Siena and day trips into the Chianti area. In the vicinity, typical tuscan restaurants and local farms selling 'local products' including olive oils and wine can be easily found/purchased. Please note that the nearby town of San Polo provides a bank, post office, public transport, and a small local grocery shop.
