Only 1km after taking the exit Barberino di Mugello on the A1 Motorway Bologna - Firenze. The villa is just 15mins away from the historical city of Florence and not far from the Bilancino lake. It provides a beautiful swimming pool in its extensive garden.

First floor: a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a terrace with a gorgeous view (click to see), a fully furnished kitchen, 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms w/ showers. Second floor: a 50m2 bedroom including sofas, double bed and WC.
 

FACILITIES : : There is a swimming pool with deck chairs and a changing room, in the garden. Also 3 pavillions and a barbecue. Indoors it is equipped with a wood stove, a terrace and 2 televisions. Daily cleaning is optional (€15/h). also available: breakfast €7

WHERE WE ARE : The villa is near to the town of Barberino where one can find everything (pharmacy, shops, banks, medics etc..) The villa is surrounded by picturesque greenery excellent for pleasant strolls. The Bilancino lake with its beaches is only about 5 km away. Also not far to pay a visit, is the house where gothic painter, Giotto grew up.
 

WEEKLY PRICE €: 400 euro of security deposit by cash at the arrival returned at the end of your stay. The rate includes: bed lines and bath lines, water, kitchen and bathroom accessories. The rate not includes: Final cleaning 20 € per person - Electricity and Heating on consumption.
