Siena Vacation Villa: VILLA SIENA (sleeps 12 in a living space of 180m2) This villa is situated in the Tuscan hills, near Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa and Grossetta. It is very close to the medieval centre of Radiocondoli. The Villa Siena is elegant and beautifully decorated and arranged both outside and inside. Seeing as the entire villa is available for guest's use (i.e.: house, garden, pool, private car park), it is ideal for a family or large group of friends. It offers the chance to have a great relaxing holiday, for those who want some peace and quiet and the opportunity to enjoy artistic and cultural excursions. Nearby famous artistical towns/cities such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca and Volterra. This is the perfect villa for relaxing by the pool, enjoying the breeze in sunny august days and gazing at the scenery and sunset over a typical Tuscan outdoors meal.

Other possible activities include, beautiful walks or horseback riding tours on the white roads that run from Colline Metalliferous to Chianti and from San Gimignano to the Apennines. Furthermore one can swim in the cool rivers or enjoy a luxurious day at the thermal springs, or playing tennis. The evenings offer diverse activities such as concerts, dancing and local festivals in the area. The villa is located in the centre of the historical village of Radicondoli where you can find all necessary services i.e.: restaurants, newsagents, chemists etc..

ACCOMMODATIONS: Ground floor: Separate private entrance hall, large kitchen with cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine, filter coffee-maker, kitchen scales, iron, table cloth, large living-room with 2 sofas and 1 double sofa-bed, satellite TV, fireplace. 3 double bedrooms with wrought iron beds orthopaedic frames and mattresses, bed linen. 1 Bathroom with bathtub and towels. 1 Bathroom with shower and towels. Upper Floor: 2 twin rooms with wrought iron beds orthopaedic frames and mattresses, blankets and bed linen. 1 Bathroom with shower and towels.

 

FACILITIES: Swimming pool which is exclusively for guest's use. It includes sun beds, deckchairs, parasols. The privately fenced off garden (1,200m2) has garden furniture, a veranda, barbecue, shaded car park. Extra cleaning, change of linen, extra single bed/baby cot and highchair are available upon request. This luxury villa offers ways to relax and to have fun: Rental of mountain bikes, swimming, professional massages, Tuscan cookery classes, photography lessons, riding lessons and trekking tours, river and lake canoeing, orienteering, potholing, archery, tennis, thermal spring cure and an adventure club for kids and adults all this available not far from the villa. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen are changed weekly. There is a private car park, a furnished gazebo, barbecue and laundry machine. We take care of cleaning and pool/garden maintenance. The elegant Villa Siena is located 100 m away from the historic centre of Radicondoli where you will find everything you need: restaurants, pizzerias, inns, various and kiosks, bank, ATM machines, post office, chemist’s, doctor’s surgery and much more.

WEEKLY PRICES ( € ) : Reservation: 30% on final price. Caution: €300. The elegant Villa Il Sole provide bed bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly, private car box, gazebo furnished, barbecue set, service laundry. We take care of all cleaning, pool and garden maintenance and are on hand to assist you and provide information on tours or itineraries for excursions in the locality, advice on restaurants, inns, wines and wine tasting. On request we’ll offer daily cleaning, complete changes of linen, an extra single bed, cot or highchair. Prices Include: All taxes 10%, Electricity, Water & Tap Hot Water, Gas, Heating, A weekly change of bed linen and bath towels on Saturdays, Swimming Pool, Garden, Final cleaning, Parking.
